− Ilfaudrait la climatisation

− Une chaleur étouffante dans le bâtiment, pas de climatisation dans la chambre mise a disposition d'un petit ventilateur qui malheureusement ne suffisait pas . Literie mauvaise . Au niveau de la piscine couverte une chaleur insupportable, pas possible dis resté. ( en saison fraîche cela dois etre parfait)

La formule appart-hôtel est bien pratique : combiner un buffet petit-déjeuner, une GRANDE piscine (vraiment agréable et de belle dimension) et un service d’accueil avec une chambre dotée d’une kitchenette bien équipée et d’une petite terrasse est top. La résidence est hyper bien située : à 5 minutes à pied du centre et de la gare, mais au calme.

− Les photos de l’annonce sont un peu trompeuses : une fois le divan-lit ouvert, il ne reste rien comme place dans l’espace de vie et les lits superposés se situent en fait dans le couloir d’entrée et non dans une pièce à part. Le petit-déjeuner est bien achalandé mais il s’agit de produits basiques… corrects mais basiques.

We did not stay in the room because it was unsuitable. We left the hotel after barely 30 minutes. They still have not refunded us for the stay we did not have. The room was at boiling point. The beds were sizzling hot and too small and flimsy for adults. The tv was out of order. Various other things in the room were out of order. No tea and coffee sachets or any of the things you would normally expect from a hotel. Tiny room. No air conditioning just two feeble fans which did nothing to relieve the heat. Would have melted staying here. They had bags on the beds asking you to strip the beds at the end of your stay! I have never stayed at a hotel that asked you to do the job of a maid at the end of your stay! All in all, disastrous. The best thing was the lovely lady on reception, who was suffering in the heat. She deserves a pay rise. Probably an ok place in the winter, which isn’t generally when people go on holiday to a seaside place! We have paid 400 odd pounds for a big fat sizzling zero stay.

I don’t think they will though because obviously it’s perfectly acceptable to stay in an oven of a room with beds that feel like they have electric blankets on even when they don’t. Very very very basic rooms with nothing hardly working in them. No obvious literature on the page to make it clear to you that there is no relief from the heat and no comfort to be gleaned from this place when the weather is hot. I wouldn’t be so angry if they didn’t repeatedly ignore us when we message them for a refund. We did not stay in the room. How is it legal to take money for a stay that did not take place! Horrendous.
