Nice location and very clean.
7.0Room was spacious and very clean.
− The whole breakfast experience needs to be revamped. Twice eggs came out of the kitchen overcooked and cold. Seating was basically outdoors and a little chilly in the morning. To use the hotel taxi upon departure was €80. Normal taxi price to the ferry port would be €25. But in order to get luggage to the taxi stand via a Porter, you had to use the hotel taxi
A stunning hotel and so tranquil even though it's a few steps away from the busy areas.
10.0Everything was perfect. The staff were super friendly, the room was absolutely gorgeous - the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was a added bonus.

Do atendimento na chegada a todo apoio durante a estadia e no checkout, fomos muito bem tratados pela Silvia, assim como por todos os funcionários da jardinagem, limpeza e cozinha. Silvia foi extremamente atenciosa. O café da manhã é delicioso, os quartos espaçosos e extremamente confortáveis, localização privilegiada. Hotel perfeito! Recomendamos e quando voltarmos à Capri ficaremos novamente no Pazziella.

− The AC was central, and they set it up as winter mode which i don’t prefer. Other than that everything was perfect
