1.0The location was a good.
− I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room was broken throughout my visit, which made the room unbearably hot. Although I was given a fan, it didn’t work, so it made no difference. I reported this three times to reception, and they sent a maintenance man, which made no difference either. To make matters worse, the room was infested with ants, which was very unpleasant and not what I expected. I raised these issues, but they were not properly resolved. Overall, the lack of working air conditioning and the ant infestation had a significant impact on my stay, and unfortunately I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel based on my experience.

8.0Good hotel, within walking distance of O beach, Ibiza Rocks etc! Taxi rank right outside and a shop that sells good cans and bottles. Rooms were spacious and clean to an ok standard.
− Balcony door didn’t lock and when I mentioned to the front desk they didn’t do anything. It made me feel unsafe as our room was only on the first floor and overlooked the pool. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Bugs living in the grout and soap/conditioner dried onto the shower door from the last guest.
