Disappointing
2.0Location and staff were nice.
− The fire alarm went off twice during the night. Staff said someone was smoking in the bathroom downstairs which set off the fire alarms. This did not make sense. We were on the 4th floor and when we left our room and attempted to go downstairs with our bags the elevator was out of order, forcing us to go down 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Normally this would not be an issue, but I had a recent surgery which made it difficult to go down the stairs.
