Excellent location, staff were wonderful, but not worth the price for condition of the room.
6.0Location and staff
− Facilities in room were in very poor condition, no dryer door, mould on bathroom ceilings, couch and cushions were disgusting.
Good.
8.0Location
− Paid parking. Rip off.

8.0Great location. Good sized rooms
− The room needs updating. Dishwasher didn’t clean. Many things didn’t work like floor heating and main aircon. It just needs some upgrading.
Great place to stay and front of house staff made the stay wonderful
8.0Front of staff house were the best I have encountered. Close proximity to town
− Housekeeping was poor. Floors were not cleaned during our 8 day stay in winter so became very dirty very quickly.
We stayed in a 3-bedroom lake view room (Unit 308) for 9 nights. The listing describes this as “luxury accommodation,” b
6.0• Excellent location, close to town • Beautiful views • Breakfast (served in the building next door) was fantastic
− The unit was in serious need of maintenance: stains on the couch, lifting tiles and floorboards • We had to call staff out to fix both the fireplace and the dishwasher • Most seriously: no hot water for 5 of our 9 nights — in the middle of winter. We were reduced to boiling the kettle just to get a warm bath at the end of the day • Management said a part needed to be ordered, which caused the delay • For a unit costing $1,200/night, the compensation offered was a bottle of wine and a $150 peppers voucher— which felt completely inadequate given the circumstances • I’ve since declined that offer and am currently escalating the dispute through Booking.com, as management has not been in communication
Never going back
4.0Facade of the building is nice and the location is close to town centre, walking distance. there is nothing more to like.
− nothing about this hotel is "luxury" as they describe and advertise it to be. what luxury accommodation asks guests to pay for carpark? it's one thing to be "first come, first served" in terms of car bays but where there is plenty of space, for what this accommodation charges, I'm mind blown that they charge $30 a night for parking. I'm surprised they haven't charged me for breathing there. let me talk about room service, I'd have preferred that no one came than someone to even bother doing a half-assed house keeping effort (see photos). i booked a hotel (not an airbnb) for housekeeping reasons and this is what we get? then there's the matter of bottled water. I couldn't find one when we arrived at the room so I asked and was told by reception to drink the water from the bathroom tap because it's potable. What???? if this was a personnel problem, hotel management should do better at quality control. I really can't believe that we experienced that in Queenstown to be honest and for this trip, we booked a total of 8 hotels/accommodation - this was the absolute worst experience.
