The hotel definitely was not 4* A1 location apart the description on booking.com was inaccurate
5.0Location was excellent
− Had to pay in full on arrival. No facility to put expenditure on our room account as the restaurant and bar (also the breakfast room) was owned by another business. Breakfast choice was good but the butter was rancid. We pointed this out but was met with indifference and the same butter was put out everyday. We were asked to pay for guided tours in cash or we would have to pay extra. Payment in cash was not necessary so this was very disappointing. To make this more annoying I had to withdraw cash to pay for a spa treatment from the cashpoint opposite the hotel and was charge a 25% transaction fee. Be warned!! The first room we were allocated was not good and smelt bad. Without asking we were offered another room which was good customer service but we should have been given that room in the first place. The new room was ok but the A/C didn't work nor did the TV. Only the bedside lights worked properly.

The morning prayers are very early so you often find yourself not sleeping much at all. It’s overall very basic but not cheap either. Do not recommend. Breakfast is also very basic.
