− Everything was good except on arrival home i realised i was charged twice seeming for a room rhey say i booked which wasnt under my number or bankcard details ::on several occasions iv tryed to make contact and yet they have failed in raddison to give any explanation or make contact with me to soñve this issue

− I ordered battered hake and chips for evening meal with friend, the hake was disappointing because it was over cooked and the batter was burnt, could not eat.

− There was road works outside which went on for part of the night so we didnt get much sleep but no fault of the hotel.

− Bathroom not cleaned properly.,Used tissues found behind the disposable bin.The breakfast were short of stock and tables not cleared and cleaned fast enough for next patrons.
