Em geral, a cortesia do staff é muito bom, todos atenciosos e solicitos.

− Sou membro Platinum e sempre me hospedo na rede com frequência, especialmente nesta unidade mas pela primeira vez tive algumas observações ruins a fazer. No primeiro dia a cama estava bem desconfortável, balançando muito e fazendo muito barulho, só de virar o corpo de bruços a cama inteira balançava e fazia barulho. Mesmo após uma noite mal dormida, no outro dia, pedi que me trocasse de quarto mas, quando cheguei à noite no hotel, já cansado depois de um dia inteiro de várias reuniões, a Habitação de cima estava vazando embaixo no quarto, mais uma vez precisei pedir a troca. Fui bem atendido e a equipe é solicita mas realmente acho que depois de tanto tempo a manutenção tem deixado a desejar. Senti falta também de snacks no quarto bem como geladeira cheia A comida estava boa, não ótima como de costume no jantar mas boa Café da manhã e retocado, muito bom como sempre, das poucas coisas que ainda estão como antes

First and foremost, the customer attention is superb! Everyone treats you with such care and politeness, it’s so pleasing! Mostly the waiters and personnel at the restaurant (Katia, Luzio, Pedro, to name a few). Place is impecable and clean, very spacious and well decorated, events and saloon spaces, gym, spa and rest areas all give the place such a vibe! Personal and beauty care products are luxurious, and the whole bathroom feels so vintage-like! And the water treatment, it really feels as if they put skin softener to it. Located at the financial, commercial center, the hotel is walking distance from main malls, office buildings and great restaurants in São Paulo. Needless to say at this point, but my experience was incredible, I’m leaving with such a joyful experience mainly thanks to the personnel!

DESAYUNO MUY VARIADO Y CON UNA ATENCION EXCELENTE ATENCION PERSONALIZADA POR PARTE DE LA SEÑORITA SABRINA ALMEIDA DE RECEPCION. PARA LA CUAL NO TENGO MAS QUE PALABRAS DE AGRADECIMIENTO. PREGUNTE SI CONOCIAN ALGUN BUEN LUGAR PARA HACERCE LAS PESTAÑAS, SE TOMO EL TRABAJO DE BUSCARME OPCIONES, ME SOLICITO UN TURNO, Y ADEMAS ME ACOMPAÑO HASTA EL LUGAR ,(QUEDABA A UN PAR DE CUADRAS DEL HOTEL ) ESO SE LLAMA SERVICIO DE EXCELENCIA. TODO EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL SIEMPRE DISPUESTO Y CON MUY BUENA ONDA FUE UN PLACER LA ESTADIA.
