Disappointing and underwhelming
3.0Location and Restaurant staff were friendly
− The rooms we booked online were significantly different from those allocated to us upon arrival. Unfortunately, no explanation or apology was provided at check-in, which was disappointing. I would strongly recommend that the establishment updates its online images to accurately reflect the current state of the rooms, particularly if the advertised rooms are undergoing renovations. Additionally, we were not permitted to braai, despite the presence of designated braai facilities on the premises. This inconsistency should be clarified for guests in advance. The rooms also lack basic conveniences such as a fridge and microwave, and there is no communal facility available for guests to store cold items or heat food. This made it difficult to manage simple needs like keeping water cold or warming up takeaway meals, especially later in the evening. Overall, addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience.

10.0Absolutely loved the property. How tidied was what really stood out for me was the team. I have to highly recommend Chantelle a akona and bongo that looked after us so so well we absolutely had a fantastic time.

− The fact that there is no bar fridge in the rooms as it is hot and we cant have cold water in our rooms.
