− The room was humid and smelled of cigarettes even though we got a non smoking room. The staff was very unwelcoming and unwilling to work with us on getting a sofa bed that was said to come with the room but didn't. We booked a room for two beds but only one was provided. They were extremely unprofessional I would recommend staying somewhere else as this place was off-putting.
Need to renovate hotel and update it to make everything clean and not subjecting customers to respir

− 4-feet of mold on shower ceiling—Gross! Room smelled rancid. A/C when operating sounded like rain was falling on gin sheets, affecting sleep. Customers told that rooms would only be cleaned every 3 days! Who does that? Are you that cheap and dirty to not offer cleaning service during customer’s 3-night stays? Floorboard creaked. Carpets in hallways were absolutely old and dirty. One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at.

1.0− Staff is very rude and unhelpful! There was no hot water in my room!!! The phone didnt work! Lights in the bathroom flicker like a strobe light! Phone in room didnt work! Bed was very uncomfortable! Gym equipment was broken! This whole facility is run down and in bad shape! I TRIED TO GET SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION BUT MANAGEMENT IS UNRULY AND RUDE, LIED TO ME SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME AT CHECK OUT AND THEN DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
