− Room was dirty when we arrived. They had to come back in to clean. We were only given 3 towels even though there were 4 of us. They gave us no rags. Internet was not working and they had to come fix it. Pool was cloudy, needed to be cleaned.

1.0− The owner said he refunded the money due to a reservation mistake, He told me that he sent the money to booking.com. he is either lying or you have the money that I never recieved.
Overpriced for mediocre lodging.

− Room is run down in appearance. Shower was not clean. Couldn’t do laundry because the dryer was out of order.

2.0This hotel is filthy the floors have trash all over them. The floors in the room aren't mopped socks turn black. There was hair in the shower. Do not stay here.
I have stayed in chicken coups in Africa, and they were at a higher standard than this property.
1.0I am surprised that Wyndom would associate their name with property,
− Only one light bulb in the room worked. The frig did not work. It was broken. The toilet did not flush.
