2.0Do some renovations, beds were terribly uncomfortable. Ac was loud and worked pourly. Burn holes in furniture in our "non smoking" room. Stains, housekeepers hair on towels and in bathroom. Pool was so cold my kids had no interest in even swimming (the whole reason i stayed here over the saskatoon inn was the pool) shower didnt stay hot for more then 30 seconds then went cold. By far the worst hotel experience ive had in a long time.

4.0Walls are paper thin. Could hear some someone going to the bathroom in another room in the middle Of the night. People smoking right out front of the hotel with staff not moving them to designated areas. Not ideal when I have a young child with me. Woke up one morning to someone had puked in the hallway outside my room. DISGUSTING.
