1.0Wat beviel was dat de dame bij het ontbijt heel erg aardig en behulpzaam was.
− Onderstaande reactie van de accommodatie bevat onwaarheden: (1) Op de advertentiepagina stond niet duidelijk vermeld dat het zwembad tijdens ons verblijf niet beschikbaar zou zijn. Ter volledigheid heb ik foto's van de advertentiepagina toegevoegd. (2) Ten aanzien van de niet-functionerende airconditioning hebben wij geen enkele actie waargenomen en hebben er, terwijl wij de gehele dag aanwezig waren, geen controles op onze kamer plaatsgevonden om de airconditioning weer naar behoren te laten functioneren. ==== Wij kozen deze accommodatie specifiek vanwege het zwembad, maar tijdens ons verblijf bleek deze niet beschikbaar door werkzaamheden/reparaties. Dit stond niet aangegeven op Booking.com, waardoor wij hiervan niet op de hoogte waren bij het boeken. Daarnaast werkte de airconditioning in de kamer niet naar behoren en is dit tijdens ons verblijf niet adequaat opgelost. Ook de communicatie over deze problemen was beperkt en voelde voor ons onvoldoende oplossingsgericht. Uiteindelijk hebben wij hierdoor niet het verblijf ervaren dat wij op basis van de advertentie mochten verwachten.

10.0Wunderbare Aussicht auf Capri und Golf von Neapel, ruhig und doch nahe an Sorrento. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber. Zimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.
− Gutes Frühstück, das ein wenig Abwechslung gebrauchen könnte, mal eine Melone, mal andere Früchte.

10.0E' il posto ideale per rigenerarsi grazie alla vista spettacolare sull'isola di Capri e sul golfo d Napoli, e al giardino curato con la piscina. La struttura è bella, nuova e pulita. Il personale è stato molto cortese, disponibile e ogni mattina ci ha accolti con un'ottima colazione sulla terrazza panoramica.

1.0Lo peor que me ha pasado, lejos de todo, muy mal ibicado. No hay servicios de alimentacion cercanos. Para moverse no hay servicio de taxis no hay donde comprar los ticket para los buses cerca. La pieza con olor a humedad. Por llegar 1 hora mas tarde de las 18;00 hrs, nos cobrarion 60 euros. Pagamos 4 noches y nos fuimos a la primera, imposible estar ahi, no nos devolvieron nada se pago 612 Euros, jamas lo recomendaria.
