7.0The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated having access to the pools during my stay.
− The beds were small and very uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping because the mattress was extremely hard and provided very little support, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. I was also disappointed with the available discounts. There were no discounts for the nearby water parks, and the restaurant discounts were very limited, so there wasn’t much added value for guests.
