10.0They have a great staff here. Nice friendly. The rooms are excellent. We always stay here when we are in NewPort News.
disappointed in this Hilton property.
4.0did not buy breakfast too expensive, you should have a free breakfast buffet for the price you have to pay a night. Im a Hilton Honors Member and I should have at least gotten some kind of discount to eat, $15 for a buffet that really didnt look alll that good is ridicilous
− there was no water pressure in the sink, there was hair in the sink, hair in the tub and the tub was dirty. The tv remote did not work but we figured out it needed new batteries so we called to the front desk and they did bring some new batteries up.

1.0− My room was not cleaned at all! I had to change rooms after checking in and I still didn’t want to stay there, but had nowhere else I could go!
