Poorly kept hotel with bad breakfast

− Breakfast was terrible, no eggs or bacon, etc. Carpet is torn in many places A/C is too loud and weirdly placed very close to a bed

− Very rude office manager ..I won’t return due to this ..also free breakfast consisted of cereal , bagels or waffles …coffee machine was broken as was orange juice and apple juice machines

1.0− The room Smelled really strong chemicals, my daughter was having breathing issues because of it, we were there for 10 minutes and we asked for our money back to leave because of the breathing problem caused by the room. They said they would refund and they never did. I filed complaint with booking.com and PayPal and have received no help from any of them.
