1.0− The bed was filled with body hair and there was dried sweat on the sheets. The roomed smelled like marijuana. I declined the room and have been getting the run around for my refund.

− Floor was sticky..bed was very uncomfortable, A/C was old and took forever to cool the room, smelled bad, pool area was not inviting.
We left and asked to cancel reservation.

− The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. The bed sheets were stained. One bed spread had a cigarette burn. The towels were stained and dirty. The room was filthy.
