Fair at best. Need to improve smoking smells.
4.0Cost effective for last minute need
− Rooms very dated and dark. Carpet and bedding smelled like years of cigarettes- either from previous smoking rooms or guests that were permeated with the smell. Bedding definitely smelled smoky. Breakfast offered but we had to leave before it started so cannot comment - breakfast starts too late.
Decent place with great amenities.
8.0We enjoyed staying at the Hamilton Inn. It has a great pool and hot tub. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was good.
− It’s an older hotel that could use some fixing. The secondary lock on our door was broken.

− Having to smell marijuana as my family and I walked the hallways. Informed the staff of the problem. They said they would take care of it but smelled it the entire time of our stay

10.0Fantastic beachfront location on our Great Lakes road trip. The Executive Suite gave our family of five plenty of room to spread out, and being right on the water made for great evening walks with the kids. Convenient base for exploring Mackinaw City and getting over to Mackinac Island.
