Disappointed to say the least.
4.0The staff was great and very friendly.
− I had made reservations for a day cruise and jet ski rentals, and when I asked if due to the weather I would still be able to enjoy these things, I was told yes, then when I get here, everything is closed and canceled. These water activities were the reason for my trip here. This was all a waste because there was nothing else to do here.

9.0En general, todo me gusto mucho. Camas muy comodas, albercas y jaccuzi limpios y buena temperatura, comida a precios razonables.
− El Check-in no estuvo listo a tiempo, se demoraron una hora mas en darme mi habitacion. Faltaron toallas limpias en baño de habitacion.
Not value for money and extremely disappointed. Too hyped very less activities for the kids.
5.0Only the Aqua splash waster sport
− The Pool water by the main building is very dirty. My girls got rashes like skin allergy the following day. And we found a lot of bugs inside the room I attached pictures.
It's a beautiful property, but it would be nice if it was on the waters edge.
9.0The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. We liked strolling around while sipping our drinks. All staff members were polite and helpful and the view from our 7th floor room was enjoyable.
− We thought the room was overpriced and the added parking fees were too much. It would also be nice if they had coffee available in the lobby each morning instead of expecting guests to purchase coffee at The Market.
Not worth it.
5.0Most the staff were nice and friendly. The grounds were well groomed.
− Apparently you have to pick the right room to get access to everything, which I didn’t. Most things were closed since it was mid week. The room it self was awful, it smelled, the carpet turned my kids feed black in minutes. It was pretty outdated and had a COCKROACH visitor. I was so surprised at how rundown the room was in comparison to everything else. I would never book again.
