10.0We arrived at the beginning of the signal hill pemberton fire and fire fighting was already taking place. Despite the stress, staff were extremely helpful and always free to answer questions. Room was very clean, a nice layout, and comfortable bed.

8.0Comfortable room, clean, decent view, central. Our family stayed the evening as we were driving through town. We did unfortunately book through a call center in which did not relay proper information and we had to pay extra for our dog when we specifically were looking for a room that would accommodate him. The call service told us he was included in this booking. At check in this was not the case. The hotel also told us if we would of booked directly we would of saved money on our booking. There was no direct line i could find at that time. I would caution on the booking online and try to contact the hotel directly.

6.0Washroom needs to upgrade sofas dirty front desk was helpful Rooms carpet needs cleaning And not sure about food
Our stay was short but really lovely and we felt happy and good during our stay.
9.0It was beau and striking upon arrival. Right below the mountain and the room was a lovely layout and functional and coordinated. Pool and spa outside were beautiful under the mountain and we enjoyed the small gym and sauna.

10.0Fabulous facilities in the Lodge. So clean, tidy and well set out. The best kept secret is Pemberton is a terrific stay for families who want to relax, enjoy the Lodges facilities, and the comfort of knowing the very nice rooms have facilities for cooking and the laundry s right there as well.
