Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. In July and August, opening hours extend from 09:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 to 20:00 on weekends.
For stays from 1 to 6 nights, check in is available from 16:00 and check out must be completed by 11:00. For stays of 7 nights or more, check in is from 17:00 and check out is before 10:00.
The price includes bed linen, bath linen and household linen such as a bath mat and dish towel, a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access for up to five devices for browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes excluding the tourist tax and application fee. Guests also benefit from access to the aquatic areas, sports facilities and playgrounds, except for certain activities. End of stay cleaning is included, excluding dishes and the kitchen area.
A baby cot can be rented for the duration of the stay at an additional cost of 11.25 EUR, subject to availability and prior reservation. Baby kits are also available on request at an extra cost for long stays of 7 nights or more. Pushchair rental is available at an additional charge. Electric vehicle charging stations are available for an extra fee.
The village features two outdoor non heated aquatic areas. A 650 m² aquatic leisure area includes a wild river with inflatable rings and a paddling pool for younger children. This area is open throughout the village opening period. The Hibiscus area offers two outdoor non heated aquatic spaces including a 350 m² swimming pool, a Californian style pool and a paddling pool. These facilities are open in July and August, with possible extensions depending on weather conditions.
