9.0Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, in 10 Minuten war man beim Münster, direkt neben der Unterkunft befinden sich Essensmöglichkeiten und ein Kino.
− Eine Stunde vor Rezeptionsschluss bekommt man keine Antwort mehr auf eine Nachricht.

9.0The room is very spacious, and the location is superb. It is on a quiet street despite being very close to the centre of the old town. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.
− The major issue is that the room has no AC. I don't blame the hotel for this, but I think it's becoming a real problem during the summer. The room is equipped with a small fan, which however can be very loud if one keeps it on during the night.

7.0Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Ruhig ist es auch im Haus. Super war der Kühlschrank damit wir immer gekühlte Getränke hatten bei den sehr warmen Temperaturen.
− Das Frühstücks-Angebot und auch die Qualität der Produkte ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Hätte ich zusätzlich bezahlen müssen hätte ich kein Frühstück gebucht. Im Allgemeinbereich dürfte es etwas sauberer sein. Im Studio hätte ich mir eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit gewünscht. Die vorhandene aber nicht benützte Kochmöglichkeit mit Zubehör ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Eine Auffrischung der Einrichtung wäre sicher keine Fehlinstitution (Fenster putzen, Lampen fest montieren und auf Funktion testen (Lampe bei der Küche Ecke funktionierte nicht), im Kühlschrank ist glaube ich das Kühlfach irgendwie abmontiert gewesen?! Ebenfalls war es Tag und Nacht sehr heiss, auch der Tischventilator hat nicht so wirklich Abhilfe gebracht.
