10.0Posizione comoda, parcheggio non grandissimo ma anch'esso comodo Buona climatizzazione, colazione varia con prodotti freschi, camera ampia con doccia comoda. Letto comodo. Personale educato, gentile e molto disponibile.
− Nulla da rilevare. Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell' uovo il balconcino al quale andrebbe data una rinfrescata. Ma è un aspetto molto secondario del soggiorno.

− L aderto alla reception al check out pur essendo stato disponibile e cordiale dopo la consegna della chiave mi sono trattenuto una mezz'oretta all ingresso con bagagli ed il mio cagnolino quando ero pronto ad andare via ho salutato e l addetto mi ha richiamato per sottolineare che c'era un sovrapprezzo per il cane pur avendo gli sottolineato che avevo segnalato la presenza del cane e che non mi era stato richiesto alcun sovrapprezzo ha continuato ad insistere. Penso che in una struttura 4 stelle che ha le condizioni per avere il massimo dei voti questi dettagli fanno la differenza.
