Terrible service and housekeeping
1.0The only positive aspect was the location - the property is only about 10 minutes from the harbor by scooter. The garden area/ swimming pool looks cute.
− This was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. No proper hot water. When we reported the issue, we were ignored until the next morning and had to follow up again ourselves. Their “fix” barely worked — the hot water lasted around 20 seconds before turning cold again, and then you had to wait another 5 minutes for an other 20 sec of hot water. Staff were rarely available. They left a note saying to contact them via WhatsApp, but our messages were l ignored for long time. We requested an earlier breakfast because we had an early tour booked and we got their reply at 12:30 AM saying they couldn’t accommodate the request. In the end, it wasn’t a huge loss because breakfast consisted of only an egg and two pieces of bread. Housekeeping was very poor. When we arrived, the toilet seat had visible yellow stains. I wiped it myself and the stains came off easily, which suggests it had not been cleaned properly after the previous guests. Also next day, they only made the bed using the same sheets, cleaned the floor, but did not change towels or refill drinking water. The room and property had many spiders, geckos, and even gecko droppings, as well we heard mouse squeaking. Overall, the stay felt dirty, poorly maintained, and unprofessional.

7.0Está en una zona muy tranquila, hay un par de restaurantes a 5 minutos caminando. Tiene muy buena piscina y el desayuno está bien: Tortilla, huevos revueltos o huevo frito con pan y mermelada con mantequilla. Tiene aire acondicionado.

− Todo lo demás. Las sábanas estaban sucias cuando llegamos por insectos que caían del techo. Incluso amanecimos con una cucaracha muerta en la cama. El baño estaban sucio y con muchas telarañas. El desayuno tenía poca variedad y la vajilla estaba muy sucia
