4.0On arrival, manager tried to prevent us from removing our luggage from the car we had stopped in the designated area in front of the hotel, citing an expected bus. After long discussion allowed us to take luggage from the car before moving off. No bus arrival for at least 15 minutes after we vacated the space. Pompous, rude, not what we would expect from Ibis!! Other staff, amenities, etc. we’re just fine.

2.0Rooms were cold, bedding was tired, mattress was lumpy. The bathroom had mould around the edges and a damp smell. There is not even a kettle in the room. Very disappointed with this Ibis. The ones I have used in the U.K. have always been fine, but this one was definitely below expectations.
