Location was excellent. The house is in a sort of shady looking area, but not dangerous. This is definitely not a couple’s getaway, but I didn’t expect it to be given the pricing. Overall a good place not the best.

Positives - Good communication - clean and orderly. Modern appliances. Washer and dryer. Nice rain showerhead. Negatives - Not really a Couples Mountain Getaway. It's just a 2 bedroom (if that) small house turned into a VRBO. It's located in a residential neighborhood in Colorado Springs. I don't think there is anything within walking distance that would be of interest. Don't be fooled by the low price, pay attention to the added on fees and deposit. Lot's of rules by the owners. I would hesitate to take a family here over concerns that something might happen that would cause them to keep the deposit. Clean living adults only need apply! You'd have more fun at a hotel with a pool and hot tub. This is like staying at your fussy friends house when they are out of town. Add all that to check in time at 4 (unless you want to pay extra) and check out at 10 (again, unless you want to pay extra) really made our stay less than 24 hours. In hindsight we should have booked something different, but we envisioned a quaint 'cabin' that would be a nice little secluded place. But it's just a house on a residential street. Our bad for not researching better, but the title is misleading.

We enjoyed this little jewel of a cabin. It was clean, had everything we needed and a great location. Got there after hours and couldn’t get in the door, called them and they got us right in. Great location as well. I would recommend this to anyone
