− The beds were not comfortable at all. No Ice machine for our drinks, the staff was not on site when we ran out of towels and needed more

− It was very dirty, the room smelled like cigarettes. The furniture was dirty and broken. There were stains on the chair and bedding. If I could have left and received a refund I would have.
