Ottima location, immerso nella natura e ottima la vasca da bagno, e posizione ottima per Asmana

− Mi è sembrato assurdo che in un hotel a 4 stelle vicino a firenze e nei mesi più caldi si debba tenere l'aria condizionata a orari scaglionati. Ci siamo trovati svegli alle 3 di notte sudati fradici. Abbiamo provato ad aprire la finestra e siamo stati mangiati dalle zanzare. La tv che non funzionava, prezzi elevati in generale. Per ultimo colazione ridotta al minimo e completa con ulteriore pagamento!

Ottima struttura per gruppo di amici/parenti.

Struttura pazzesca, con grandissimo potenziale. Letto king size nelle camere. Buona colazione. Parcheggio presente.

− Non vengono forniti teli per piscina. Quando siamo arrivati, gli ombrelloni in piscina non erano ancora stati montati in pieno Giugno. Non è possibile mangiare bordo piscina ma bisogna spostarsi. Receptionist non molto accogliente nei modi di fare.

★☆☆☆☆ — Extremely Disappointing Stay We stayed at Hotel 500 in June 2026 and cannot recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The room and common areas did not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness, and the air conditioning was ineffective during a period of very warm weather. When we raised our concerns with staff, we found them unhelpful and unable or unwilling to escalate the issues to someone who could resolve them. With the exception of one or two staff (Ricardo in the bar for one) the staff was not only not helpful, they were down right rude, surly and clearly had zero customer satisfaction skills or support. What finally prompted me to write this review was our last night. On a Sunday evening, the hotel hosted a birthday party for a 14-year-old boy directly beneath our room, complete with a DJ playing extremely loud music. When we complained, we were informed that the event would likely continue until 1:00 a.m. There was no apology, no effort to relocate guests, and no meaningful attempt to address the disruption. Hotels occasionally encounter maintenance problems. What separates a good hotel from a bad one is how management responds. In our case, the response was consistently indifferent. The property itself has attractive potential from the outside, but our experience was marked by poor cleanliness, ineffective air conditioning, excessive noise, and a lack of customer service. We were in Tuscany for a family wedding and expected a comfortable, restful stay. Instead, Hotel 500 became one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had in many years. Prospective guests looking for comfort, service, and a good night’s sleep should avoid this hotel. Had we known the true condition of the hotel and the level of management’s indifference to guest concerns, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Bellissima struttura, giardino molto curato, camere spaziose, letto enorme

− La struttura prevedeva la piscina, motivo per il quale ho scelto l'hotel, arrivati però, ci è stato detto che la piscina non era usufruibile, cosa che non era stata segnalata. Colazione non particolarmente ricca
