Limpieza inexistente, instalaciones deterioradas e imposible descansar
1.0La ubicación era aceptable, pero lamentablemente no hubo ningún otro aspecto destacable que compensara el estado del alojamiento ni la mala experiencia durante la estancia.
− La experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante. El apartamento se entregó en unas condiciones de limpieza inaceptables: toallas sucias, muebles y encimeras cubiertos de polvo, cocina sin limpiar y mobiliario muy deteriorado. Los grifos estaban dañados y perdían agua, varios muebles estaban desajustados y la cama supletoria era prácticamente inutilizable, ya que el colchón apoyaba directamente sobre la estructura metálica del somier. Además, fue imposible descansar. Durante la noche hubo un ruido constante de otros huéspedes golpeando puertas y haciendo mucho ruido hasta altas horas, sin ningún tipo de control. La recepción permanecía prácticamente siempre vacía, por lo que era imposible comunicar las incidencias o recibir asistencia. Me parece especialmente grave que se cobre un suplemento de limpieza cuando el alojamiento se entrega en estas condiciones. He realizado fotografías de todas estas deficiencias y considero que el alojamiento no cumple con los estándares mínimos que se anuncian en Booking.
