10.0I don’t know who checked us in (25th Aug 5:30pm) and she was there while checked out too…. Forgot her name but she was too good in hospitality and a good listener wanting to understand what we were wanting to find out about the place. Kudos to her.
− Close to historical places and super location for visitors wanting to see Hagia Sophia blue mosque and topkapi palace. Excellent restaurants around and fantastic place close to Bosporous cruise rides.

10.0I had an absolutely wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Sirkeci and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The location is excellent — perfectly situated for exploring the city and within easy reach of many of Istanbul’s main attractions. The hotel itself is extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly made my experience unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service from the hotel staff. I would especially like to thank Ugur, Arjin, Sevcan, and Ela. They were incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and really appreciated the level of care and attention I received throughout my stay. Thank you to Ugur, Arjin, Sevcan, Ela, and the entire DoubleTree team for making my visit so special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Sirkeci to anyone planning a visit to Istanbul or Türkiye. A truly excellent experience!
