Worst run hotel ever?
2.0Made reservations ahead of time and I arrived to find the hotel closed for the season. Tried to contact them at various published numbers multiple times. Some numbers led to a full voice mail box, some just ring. Call the Super 8/Wyndham corporate customer service number, worked through the automated system to finally talk to a human, who told me that it would be escalated and I would hear back from them in a week. Worst customer service ever. Why are they taking reservations for a closed hotel? AND they billed my credit card. I am beyond pissed. STAY AWAY.
Decent for the price
8.0Decent hotel for the price paid. Very friendly staff at check in. Clean room. Weak on the breakfast and no staff on hand in the morning. Gave us some coupons for local establishments, but they weren’t honored for the free drinks so I question if those places would have honored the coupons for breakfast. We would have also had to go to another location, get seated, leave a tip, etc. But we stayed for the convenience, location, and cost and those expectations were met

6.0This is a basic, very modest, clean, hotel, conveniently located near the highway. A nice option was coupons for a free beverage (including beer & wine) at a local bar & restaurant and for free breakfast (eggs or French toast) at the same place.
