WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
2.0Unbelievable. I called the hotel as I wanted to speak to someone about booking a room. No one would talk to me. Then I asked to speak to the manager. I was told to send her an email. That's the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen...you can't take a moment to speak with me?? I'd give NEGATIVE STARS if I could. Don't bother with these people!

10.0I stayed at this hotel for three nights and honestly didn’t expect such a comfortable experience for the price. The room was spotless, with crisp linens, good lighting, and a surprisingly quiet atmosphere at night. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with directions or small requests. The lobby had a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Considering how affordable the rate was, the overall quality of service and comfort felt like a real bargain
Disappointed for the money we paid

− We didn’t get the a decent room . Asked for a room change and they denied it saying booking has come from booking.com and through their website . The view of the room was pathetic

5.0− Me cobraron 1200$ mas que NO salia en la reserva, ahora solo me devolveran 800$ aprox, no entiendo porque… Me congelaron de mi tarjeta el monto de la estadía + 2800$ aprox para seguridad por algun daño.. en total tuve retenido 5000$ aprox.. nada de eso sale en la información del hotel Espero me devuelvan ese dinero que no salia en la reserva
