8.0Чистая и удобная квартира в одной из новостроек Иркутска недалеко от центра, идти пешком минут 10 до 130 квартала. Один небольшой минус - до общественного транспорта идти минут 7-8. Но сама квартира очень удобный вариант для проживания. Магазины рядом. Кафешка с шашлыками метрах в трехстах. Нам понравилось.
