8.0I arrived on property early because my flight was really early. And what seemed like low occupancy. I had an emergency they informed us that we had to wait till 3pm to give us the room key because that is check in time. Whilst I understand this, I also think that expections could be made. Their monring staff was helpful when it came to assisting with a wheelchair and finding the nearest ER. But to have guest that was obviously in pain and need of somwhere to rest on a chair at your restuarant bar was a big no no. The room could've been provided before 3pm because it was ready. I still ended up getting back looong after checking time when i was done with the ER. When we finally got to the room it was really stuffy, it was obvious that the cleaners aren't thorough. I even witnessed it once by a room service visit. We ended up staying for 4 nights and opted to spend the rest of our time in Panama at another hotel and this was one of the best decisions we made. Also the breakfast is as Continental as it gets. Same thing on rotation every Morning. I was getting tired of it. Mike was an amazing staff
