− There was no elevator,but compensated by well attentive staff and maybe because it is only up to third floor.
Stay away from this hotel.
2.0This hotel is terrible. Way over priced. There is t even an elevator. The is no refrigerator and charged us 50 pup for ice.there are no black out curtains and absolutely no be linen expect a loser fitted matters sheet and a small thin shawl fit for a ten year old. They stop the breakfast buffet at 9 am so most guests that stay out late will miss it. No ketchup pack shampoo and a dish towel but no other face cloth. Not even a single chair or table, luggage rest or bedside lamp. The noisy weak aircon is so old the temperature is in Fahrenheit and the TV with no reception or movies, is so old it has no HDMI cable. This is what happens when cheap off shore owners open a hotel in the PH. I feel sorry for the staff.

2.0Had the worst experience staying at this hotel. The manager and staff charged us for a missing towel that they didn’t even provide in the first place. It’s obvious that this is a scheme to charge guests extra, tyaka lang nila sinabi kung kelan paalis na kami. LOL NEVER AGAIN.

8.0Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Even at stressful situations, they kept their poise and tried their best to meer our needs.
− Our toilet was clogged right away, but thankfully the hotel stadd fixed it very quickly. I'm not sure how old the hotel, but I'm sure the facilities have seen better days.
