− The room was ok but it was not the kind of room I had booked and paid for, I even called the hotel 3 times and confirmed that I was getting the kind of room that I wanted.. but when we arrived they didn't have any more balcony room,which was essential to my stay, which ruined my 1st anniversary .. and there was no microwave in room. We made the best of it..But the staff was nice.
Terrible Staff
2.0The hotel was decent, and the location was great. The staff, however, were awful. There was a young lady ahead of me complaining about the cleanliness of her room when I checked in. It sounded as if she had already raised the issue multiple times and it hadn’t been addressed. After I checked out, I didn’t receive a guest folio. I called the front desk multiple times, even spoke to management. The first time, the young lady at the desk admitted she didn’t send. Each call after that, the staff, including management, was rude and dismissive. I had to call corporate to get a guest folio.
