− Pour une location de 2 jours il aurait été bien d'avoir au moins une éponge du produit pour nettoyer la vaisselle niveau salle de bain rien même pas un petit savon. On nous à proposé un kit nettoyage de 6 euro qui était ni plus ni moins que des échantillons normalement interdit à la vente. Pour une location d'une semaine en appartement il est normal d'avoir tout sa mais la je pensais qu'on passait en "système hotel" vu que nous y sommes restés que 2 nuits. Bien dommage de nous voir pas averti de tous sa.

− Expérience catastrophique! Nous avons passé outre le grand nombre d’avis négatif, grave erreur de notre part! Accueil et relation client n’est pas une priorité pour les équipes, et j’en passe (voir les autres avis) Des formations devraient être envisagées voir une réorientation pour le directeur C’est bien malheureux d’avoir ce comportement là face aux clients le mois d’août risque d’être compliqué… Bien évidemment une réclamation cliente sera faite Je vous conseille très fortement de passer votre chemin
