− Café da manhã poderia ter mais referências chilenas. A recepcionista nos atendeu muito rude questionando o PDI impresso. Aviamos que não havíamos recebido e ela continuava pedindo grosseiramente. Na volta, no aeroporto, sou que agora é online e raramente a imigração entrega o papel impresso

10.0Eu havia escolhido outro hotel e, como tivemos um problema no vôo, chegamos no dia seguinte e nossa reserva não estava mais disponível. Resolvemos de última hora ir para o Holiday Inn, hotel que eu já havia pesquisado, mas decidido não ir devido a comentários no booking de cortinas nos banheiros e reforma no hotel. No entanto, ao chegar lá, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelos funcionários, que facilitaram tudo, uma cordialidade impressionante, todos se esforçando para nos atender, realmente muito amáveis, serviço nota 1000. Ao chegar no quarto, nos surpreendemos com a organização, frigobar, banheiro novo e sem as tais cortinas, tudo muito limpo, novo e linda vista para a cordilheira. O café da manhã atendeu bem, em um local muito agradável e confortável e ainda organizaram kits de café da manhã no dia em que saímos mais cedo para Vale Nevado. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa, mesmo com a recepção do hotel em reforma. Recomendo!!
