Very good stay overall. The family loved it.

Clean, good location

− TV in kids room did not work. Did not like bunk beds. Rails were metal and too loud. Toilet in Queen bedroom was running, had to jiggle handle. Iron was broken.

The room was excellent. The balcony was great although it was not the corner one I was expecting. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our whole family to enjoy and spread out. Even with the flaws I will mention in the next section I would book again, I just hope they address these issues.

− Most of the doors didn't work properly. They wouldn't close like the doors were to large for the frames. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and one toilet didn't flush properly. Little things in there should be checked and replaced. Can opener didn't work, dustpan is broken, toilet didn't flush properly. Also they only gave us a family of 6 for 4 days one roll of toilet paper. I wouldn't mind buying toilet paper like I had to, but we weren't expecting it so we didn't have any ready lol.

The place was beautiful and in an amazing spot! Me and my kiddos had a great time!

− The showers could have been a tiny bit cleaner. Other than that, it was awesome!

My entire family was impressed with the facilities and cannot wait to go back next year.

I love the fact that there were 3 elevators (Which I witnessed staff cleaning daily). The gated parking was very easy to access and the location was very family friendly. I will book here for years to come. I also like how the rep called on the morning off check in to verify that I had every bit of information I needed upon arrival.

− The door code would not work until 4 pm sharp. I understand there is no early check in, but maybe 15 minutes early shouldn't be an issue. However, this is all I could possible complain about.
