8.0Our stay was pleasant. Quiet area. Clean room. Everything worked. Beds were so-so, but we slept good. Didn't cook anything in the kitchen area but enjoyed the larger refrigerator.

6.0Shower had cracks in the floor that caused me to have to step with caution in and out of the shower, bathroom door would not close without lots of force, there looked to be food residue on the side of the refrigerator, the toiletpaper holder was nearly falling out of the wall, and only one side of the stovetop worked

2.0Horrible customer service, rude and unprofessional staff - property refused to refund the stay despite their not having our reservation, any availability and we were turned around “WE’RE SOLD OUT, CLOSED!!!” before we even walked in the door (staff outside smoking). The whole experience was horrible and now the property refused to respond to communications & process refund requests. Avoid at all costs
