8.0I really enjoyed the property’s proximity to local shops and restaurants, as well as Carmel-by-the-Sea and Big Sur. It was a very convenient location for exploring the area.
− The only thing I would say I didn’t enjoy about the property was the fact that they advertise having a charging station on site, but there is only a Tesla charging cord by the front office that is privately owned by the owners. When I asked if I could charge my car, I was quoted an absurd amount to charge overnight. At any other charging station, I would have paid about half of what they were asking. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay!
Worth the lower price. Comfortable stay at night since you'll be out most of the time.
8.0Good location - it's where most cheaper options are located. Right next to a large mall with many options of entertainment. Close enough (by car) to do whatever you want in the area (Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, etc. are all within 15 min. drive)
− Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear a bit of noise from outside/other rooms, especially if on ground floor. Nothing major though, AC unit noise takes over.

9.0The room was very clean, simple and had a elegantl finishes. Nice tiles in the bathroom, no carpets. I wish that outside of the property would have , more plants, flowers . Look more colorfull like the rest of the area. Otherwise wonderfull stay . Big plus that you could open the small window in the bathroom and have a fresh air coming to the room.

6.0Quick easy stay, had to check in late due to delayed flight. Owner was accommodating to late check in but not very kind or happy about it. I couldn’t control that my flight was delayed 3 hours. When I checked in, I got a noise complaint within 20 minutes. All I was doing was talking on the phone and showering before bed. The AC was working on and off so it wasn’t a very comfortable stay. The EV charger didn’t work, I had to park across the street to charge my car. It just didn’t stand up to the 4 star rating that was presented on trip advisor.
