10.0Although we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our original room, the hotel handled it with exceptional care and professionalism, upgrading us to a beautiful deluxe room with breakfast included for the remainder of our stay. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can honestly say this was one of the most beautiful rooms and bathrooms I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The hotel itself is beautifully timeless, but what truly sets it apart is its people. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay feel effortless and incredibly special.
