Perfect location.
10.0Great location so we were able to park the car and walk to our destination. Very close to water front, shopping, and Tennis Hall of Fame. Room was perfect, bed very comfortable and a private bath. Our host Rick was super helpful and exceeded our expectations. The group of homes offered water bottle refills, wine glasses for our late night wine, and the staff kind and looking to help.

− The air-conditioning was a bit cool but I think other guests really appreciated it.
I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Great location and property in immaculate condition
9.0Really liked character of property and antique furnishings. Air-conditioning very efficient and didn’t need to alter this at all. Good to have a both with plenty of hot water and high flow rate. Coffee readily available first thing in morning outside room. I chose not to have breakfast. Very quiet and private.
− Very limited channels on TV. Should have satellite TV. Security could be improved- outer doors usually left unlocked.
