9.0The hotel was clean without any smell. I forgot a stuffed animal dog and a throw blanket. they have sentimental value. I noticed about 20 miles away. I called them and they saved it for a week. I got my dog back but not the blanket the following week.

5.0The rooms were clean and staff nice. The continental breakfast was good as well.
− The AC didn't work the way it should. The rooms kept getting warm and not getting as cold as typical rooms. My parents and my siblings families were there as well and said the same thing.... the rooms were stuffy.

3.0The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect and room was well maintained.
− I was assured by the staff that the room was very quiet. This was very important to me. And it was quiet, until 3:11 a.m. when it sounded like the people in the room above were moving furniture or something. It was thud, thud, thud until at least 4:30 a.m. It didn't sound like children were running around. I have no idea what could be going on upstairs. I was in Rm 216, I think, tho I couldn't say for sure. I often stay in Elizabethtown and would like to stay at your facility again. But not with the noise.

− No pool ... when I booked the room it advertised a pool .... the pool was out of service .... we had to go across the street to Baymont hotel to swim .
