− את החדר קיבלנו חדר ללא מרפסת שפונה לרחוב (מאוד רועש) כשביקשנו להחליף או לשדרג האופציה היחידה שיש בבית מלון היא שני חדרים צמודים או סוויטה בעלות של 2500 יורו תוספת זאת אומרת כפול למה ששלמנו ואין אופציה לחדר רגיל לפי מדיניות בית המלון!. אוכל - האוכל היה טעים אבל חסרה פינה לילדים כמו פסטות , פיצה, נגטס... זאת אומרת שבכל ערב מנות ילדים נאלצנו להוסיף מהתפריט ....
