− Front desk workers are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The workers are rude from the moment you checkin. I would not stay at this hotel again if they offered a free trip. The room was in desperate need of a deep clean.
Great first time stay, planning to return
8.0Great location, staff was friendly, price was good not great, and the room was good. The manager and staff generously assisted me a week after my checkout once I discovered duplicate charges.
− There was one brown like stain on one of our pillows, so we didn't use it. I experienced duplicate charges the following week, first from Booking.com, and later charges by Town and Country Inn and Suites. Thankfully, the manager and staff generously assisted with the Folio review and refunding the charges on the day I advised them of my double charge.
