− Foi solicitado duas camas de solteiro e não fui atendida. O piso do quarto e do banheiro estavam com cerâmica quebrada, o que poderia causar acidentes domésticos.

− Las paredes son muy delgadas y escuchas todo lo del pasillo y habitaciones colindantes como si estuvieran en el cuarto mismo. El mobiliario está bastante anticuado y deteriorado.

5.0Location was perfect. Very central and close to a lot of restaurants, shops and attractions.
− The room was poor. Not very clean or well kept. During our 3 day stay the room wasn't cleaned once!! Housekeeping was coming as we were getting ready for our early evening dinner/outing, having showers and getting changed. They would leave and never return. Housekeeping should be happening while we were out during the day.
