Incumplimiento de reserva confirmada a través de Booking
1.0− En realidad, no nos fue posible hospedarnos en el hotel. A pesar de contar con la confirmación formal de la reserva realizada a través de Booking, al llegar al establecimiento nos informaron que no disponían de habitaciones y que nuestra reserva “no había sido respondida”. Presenté la confirmación correspondiente, así como los mensajes intercambiados con la persona que atendió mi solicitud; sin embargo, no se nos brindó una solución adecuada. Cabe señalar que viajábamos para asistir al concierto de Alejandro Sanz y eran aproximadamente las 14h00 del día sábado, por lo que la situación resultó aún más complicada. La única alternativa ofrecida fue trasladarnos a un hostal, del cual prefiero no emitir mayores comentarios, ya que correspondía a un lugar de paso que no cumplía con las condiciones ni el estándar del servicio originalmente reservado. Resulta lamentable que el establecimiento mantenga presencia en Booking si no puede garantizar el cumplimiento de las reservas confirmadas ni las políticas básicas de la plataforma. Pésima gestión y falta total de responsabilidad con el cliente.
