9.0La cortesia è la disponibilità del personale, presente e sempre accanto a cliente: abbiamo segnalato un problema relativo alla modulazione della temperatura dell'acqua della doccia e prontamente sono intervenuti. Ci hanno oermesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli in custodia presso l'hotel per tutto il pomeriggio e ci hanno dato la possibilità di utilizzare i loro servizi ben oltre l'orario del check out.
