9.0Carlos, Maria et toute l’équipe ont le talent pour vous mettre à l’aise et vous accueillir dans de bonne conditions. Leurs bienveillance et hospitalité on rendu mon premier séjour à Rome réussi. Chaque détail dans la chambre sont bien pensé tel que le chocolat, le nom de qui a préparé la chambre… Et si il y a un problème tel que la carte d’accès à la chambre qui a tendance à être capricieuse ils répondent présent aussitôt. Bon petit déjeuner varié avec du sucré et du salé. Le personnel présent est très accueillant et vous propose de multiples boissons chaudes si désiré tel que le cappuccino qui était une réussite.
